- All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charged at prevailing rates.
- The package rates are inclusive of accommodation, meals and experiences as per the respective destination and itinerary. Konark packages include breakfast, lunch and dinner. Packages at Kolab, Sonapur and Talamali include breakfast and either lunch or dinner. Sightseeing, entry tickets, transfers and activities are included only as specified in the respective itinerary.
- Kids up to 6 years of age stay complimentary without any extra arrangements. However, guests will have to purchase applicable entry tickets for children on their own through the respective official ticketing platforms, wherever required.
- Entry tickets to nearby tourist attractions for foreign nationals are not included in our package and must be purchased in advance through the respective official ticketing platforms, wherever required.
- In case of any cancellation of flight, train or any mode of transportation, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
- In case of late arrival at Eco Retreat Odisha, guests will not be entitled to missed meals or other activities.
- The voucher issued for Eco Retreat Odisha packages must be presented together with a government-approved valid photo ID at check-in. For foreign nationals, a valid passport and visa or OCI are mandatory. A PAN card will not be accepted as a valid ID.
- In case of early arrival at Eco Retreat Odisha, guests may pay early-check-in charges if accommodation is available; otherwise, they must wait until the prescribed check-in time.
- Please note that air conditioning in vehicles and common areas will be maintained at a temperature comfortable for the majority of guests.
- Any incidental, personal or other expenses not specified in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
- Management is not responsible for the loss of guests’ personal belongings. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings and luggage. Anyone carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, laptops, electronic items or photographic equipment, antiques, artefacts, works of art, precious metals and similar valuables does so at their own risk.
- This is an indicative itinerary and is subject to change at the sole discretion of management, depending upon circumstances or improvements to the product.
- All tents and villas are strictly non-smoking as per in-house rules.
- Guests must follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.
- Management reserves the right to cancel reservations without prior notice in the event of any central or state government event, meeting, visit or natural calamity. In such cases, alternative dates can be offered or a full refund provided.
- The management takes the utmost precautions to prevent incidents such as fire, short-circuits or any other mishaps beyond its control. However, the management’s liability for loss of baggage due to fire, short-circuits or any other mishap is limited to a maximum of ₹30,000 per accommodation unit. All guests may opt for adequate insurance coverage from their insurer prior to travelling to Eco Retreat Odisha.
- Visits to nearby tourist attractions, heritage sites, temples, museums and other excursions, along with water sports and adventure activities mentioned in the itinerary, are subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
- Nearby tourist attractions and facilities follow their respective operating schedules and weekly closure days. Visits will be subject to these schedules.
- Pets are not allowed inside Eco Retreat Odisha.
- Due to unavoidable circumstances arising from COVID-19, if closure of the property is mandated by government guidelines, we will refund 100% of your accommodation charges for Eco Retreat Odisha. We are not liable for any refund of transportation or travel expenses.
- If any guest is detected with COVID-19 symptoms at the Eco Retreat Odisha entry gate, we will amend the arrival date free of charge, subject to availability. Any rate difference must be paid by the guest. Our team will assist with hospital referrals if required.
- If any guest develops COVID-19 symptoms during their stay, they will be transferred to our in-house isolation centre. Our medical team will inspect them and facilitate further isolation or hospitalisation as instructed.
- Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions is subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
- We act only as facilitators for ticket bookings; availability depends entirely on online inventory.
- Right of admission reserved by management.
- Guests must purchase all required tickets not included in their package in advance through the respective official ticketing platforms. On-the-spot ticket availability is subject to the rules of the respective attraction.

Exclusions
- At Kolab, Sonapur and Talamali, the meal not included in the selected package will be charged separately.
- Tickets and transfers not specified in the itinerary are not included.
- Pick-up and drop services are not included unless specified in the itinerary.
- Any services not mentioned in the itinerary are excluded.
Refund and Cancellation
- 100% refund if cancelled before 10 days of the scheduled arrival date.
- 50% refund if cancelled more than 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date but less than 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- No refund if cancelled less than 05 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- In case of any date change, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- In case the existing accommodation category is downgraded, 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and GST shall be charged as applicable.
- In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 years of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
- The refund process will usually take 21 working days from the date the refund request is raised. Refund requests can only proceed via email (enquiry.ecoretreat@evokeexperiences.in).
- Refunds will be processed through bank transfer only.
- This cancellation policy applies to bookings made until [applicable booking cutoff date].
