Reservations and payments are handled in the destination booking engines.
Rates and taxes
Displayed rates are per tent per night. Konark rates are base rates with applicable taxes charged separately. Sonapur, Kolab and Talamali rates are inclusive of all taxes.
Meals and occupancy
Konark includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sonapur, Kolab and Talamali include breakfast and one additional meal. Single occupancy is charged at 75% of the total tent cost. Extra-mattress charges are shown with each accommodation category.
Arrival and travel
Provisional check-in: 12:00 PM. Confirm the final check-in and check-out times on your reservation. Airport and railway-station transfers are not provided; please arrange your arrival travel. Eco Retreat Konark offers a separate paid visit service to Jagannath Temple in Puri. Confirm the fare, schedule and arrangements with the retreat.
Travelling with children
Children up to 6 years stay complimentary without additional arrangements. Where triple occupancy is offered, guests older than 6 are charged at the extra-person rate, with a mattress. Confirm bedding and occupancy for your selected category.
Before payment
Review your selected dates, guest count, accommodation, meal arrangements, any additional charges and included experiences against the final booking summary.

Review our cancellation policy and stay policies, then confirm the conditions in your destination booking engine. Keep your confirmation and use the provider’s details to confirm your retreat entrance, check-in time and arrival arrangements.
